Terms & Conditions — D’or Fame

Please read these terms carefully before participating in any D’or Fame contest or activity.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be female and 16 years or older.
Each participant must have a social media account (≥ 3 months old) containing real, identifiable photos.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, genuine, and verifiable.
D’or Fame reserves the right to verify details and reject entries that do not meet eligibility standards.

2. Registration

Registration for contests runs periodically through the official D’or Fame channels. Submitted registration information must be complete and truthful. If a registration fee applies, fees are non-refundable. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. Selection & Voting

Selection formats may vary by contest and may include public voting, jury review, or a combination. D’or Fame reserves the right to verify votes, reject fraudulent voting activity, and disqualify participants who engage in unfair practices.

4. Rewards & Benefits

Selected finalists and winners will receive benefits such as:

Prize money for Top 10 participants.
Professional photoshoots (food & travel coverage where applicable).
Brand promotion & sponsorship opportunities.
Certificates of achievement for finalists.
Potential acting, music video, and creative project opportunities.
Direct entry opportunities to higher-level D’or Fame events where applicable.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must behave professionally and respectfully during all contest activities.
Misconduct, harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
Submitted media must not contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material owned by others without permission.

6. Rights & Ownership

By participating, you grant D’or Fame the right to use your name, photos, videos, and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Content produced during official shoots or events is the property of D’or Fame unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for contest administration, communication, and promotion. D’or Fame is committed to protecting participant privacy and will not sell personal data to third parties.

8. Modifications & Cancellation

D’or Fame reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel any contest, schedule, or rules. Participants will be informed of major changes via official channels.

9. Liability Disclaimer

D’or Fame and its partners are not liable for technical errors, voting issues, personal injury, loss, or damages arising from participation. Participants agree to release D’or Fame from claims related to their participation except as required by law.
